Eating a healthy diet not only means providing your body with nutrients and energy, but also promoting your own well-being, vitality and quality of life.

My passion is to accompany people on their way to a more conscious diet and thus to greater satisfaction. 

Weighing, body fat measurements, muscle analysis and other physical evaluations are certainly justified and can be informative in certain situations. However, psychology plays a not insignificant role in nutrition, especially when it comes to undesirable habits. In such cases, I involve not only the body, but also the mental level. Lasting changes can often only come about when body and mindset work together.

The solutions should be easy to integrate into your everyday life, be unrestrictive and get you to your destination.
